A series of prints including experimental and practice prints, developed in France, Richelieu for a RISD program. These are only some of the prints I developed in July, which were then put in a book format and exhibited at the end of my visit. Even though the content is obscure in the prints, they aim to reflect my feelings through human form and gesture that I was experiencing at that time with the coup d’etat in Istanbul, Turkey. The book was finished with a poem that I feel deeply connected by a Turkish poet, Nazim Hikmet. The name of the poem is Yasamaya Dair (On Living).
