I was hired to design the web edition of STEAM’s Catalog Three, a semi-annual publication indexing everything the multi-disciplinary group has been up to lately. This Catalog had the theme of Call & Response; the web edition drew inspiration and cues from print tradition, and vice versa.
I developed a flexible typographic and layout system for the content, as well as directed the visual direction of the site (e.g. the replication of the CMYK offset process present on images and print registration visuals) and built the site from scratch.
