Caleidoscope Portraits
Series Created in Adobe Fresco and Adobe Illustrator on the IPad.
Inspired by the old Masters Collection of the Free Access MET Canvas Paintings.
Partly worked on in 2 Adobe Live streams - find links below! All artworks are sketched out in Adobe Fresco and colored in Adobe Illustrator on the IPad. For each finished artwork I wanted to create a strong female character and combine it with geometrical shapes - two illustrations even have a little theme, one is "bloom" and the other includes "Ramen soup" elements!

ADOBE LIVE SESSION
Hey everyone! I'm very excited that I had the chance to be part of Adobe Live and share my progress in Adobe Fresco and Adobe Illustrator working on the IPad.
Within 4 hours of Live streaming on the 26th and 27th of April 2021 we created a portrait piece inspired by open access pictures from the MET website. First day we started developing a dreamy character of a woman surrounded by a caleidoscope design including objects such as arrows, hearts, eyes, a leaf, sunflowers and stars. Following the decision on a color palette and prepared the sketch to be vectorized the next day.
On day 2 we mainly continued with the coloring of the shapes and elements in Adobe Illustrator on the IPad.
