Responsibilities:

Conduct a variety of user testing methods, including usability testing, A/B testing and other testing methods.

Develop Personas for regional products and help define main use cases

Develop and execute user testing plans, including recruiting participants, designing test scenarios, and analyzing data.

Synthesize user research findings to identify usability problems and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate user insights into actionable design recommendations.

Communicate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in UX design or a related field.

Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.

Proven experience conducting various user testing methods.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate user research findings into actionable design recommendations.

Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
