EFW Construction LLC was a construction management company.
As a licensed Architect, Contractor, and LEED AP, my job as owner of the company was to manage the schedule, budget, and quality of each project. I worked with the owner, city, and lawyers to acquire the the permits needed. Working with the architect, I managed construction quality. As company owner I dealt with subcontractors to bid drawings, manage budgets, develop schedules, and maintain overall quality.
