Brian Martin

Providence, RI, USA
I’m interested in exploring the hidden narratives of the American landscape. I employ elements, places, and scenery that are commonly attached to that notion and superimpose the personal twist of my memory and perception upon them. My goal is to create psychologically engaging images that are simultaneously familiar and strange.

My work has been exhibited nationally and internationally. I am represented by Principle Gallery in Alexandria, VA.

I currently live in Providence, RI with my wife, Amy, and my son, Elliott.
