Wellspring Family Services is a nonprofit, multi-service agency serving low-income and vulnerable individuals, children and families in Seattle and King County. They needed a major upgrade to their website to reflect their current services and organization. Riverbed first led Wellspring through a series of ideation sessions to get a solid grasp on Wellspring's brand and services. We then constructed the framework and architecture of a new website design. With the foundation in place we put together an engaging, exciting and easy-to-use website that relates Wellspring's true identity and gives the organization's users the information they need when they need it.
