    Traditional Designs
  • These designs were illustrated in "traditional" techniques. This includes watercolor, gouache, and acrylic paint. One of my favorite mediums when doing greeting cards is gouache. The results can be painterly, washy watercolor or clean and flat with an airbrush. The styles can be traditonal or juvenile and even a little whimsical.
    The black linework in some of these is to represent foil or die cuts. They are not part of the illustration.
