  • While in a Multi-tool Design studio, I was given the objective to design and make a multi-tool using a sheet material. After first defining a multi-tool, "any object that has more than one intended function or consisting of multiple parts that each have different functions," I wanted to push the boundaries and steer away from the typical Swiss Army Knife idea of a multi-tool.

    I decided to work towards designing a traveler's multi-tool constructed out of fabric. Using my own experience in traveling, and my love for scarves, I thought this would be the best direction for me to go in.
