2016 年，沛肯與新竹縣私立東泰高級中學合作，透過前期對校史、治學理念的整理，以及與學校董事會、教職人員、學生的訪談，了解學校的現況和對未來的展望，共同研討落定學校的理念識別。並透過東泰高中的校徽識別系統重塑，籃球、電競隊伍隊徽識別設計，與國防專班的制服、視覺形象，將東泰高中的精神與展望，以視覺化的高質感設計呈現，走入師生家長的生活，並深入每個東泰人的心中，為在台灣一向趨於弱勢的專業技職高中提供活力、樹立典範。

東泰高中的校徽設計，以「人」字筆畫角度為基礎，呼應東泰「以人為本、全人教育」的辦學理念，現代、簡約的設計手法，將東、泰兩字結構簡化，重新結合成為一個穩定對稱的造型，標誌內蘊含不同方向的箭頭，象徵校園內分享、交流的學習態度。整體造型上，校徽也以旗幟的概念呈現，傳遞東泰追求榮耀與典範，成為技職學校標竿的願景。

當全新校徽在全體師生面前揭露，學校籃球、電競隊伍也屢創佳績，皆獲得外界好評關注的那一刻，我們知道我們提供了正向的協助，也希望這套新識別，能持續的為東泰高中的每位師生帶來自信、凝聚力，更為技職學校帶來新的氣象與力量。

Plugin B&V worked with Tongtex Secondary High School in Hsinchu County in 2016. After learning about the school history and its vision, and interviewing the school board, teachers, and students, we were able to review and redefine the school's design identity. We aim to build a more quality image of Tongtex Secondary High School. The school spirit and aspiration are communicated via a quality visual design. By rebranding Tongtex’s badge and creating new designs for the school’s basketball & e-sport teams, and the uniforms of the national defense class, we hope to set an example for other vocational schools that are often neglected by the general public in Taiwan.

The design of the school badge is based on the stroke of the Chinese character “Ren (human)” which corresponds to the school’s founding principle “people oriented & holistic education.” We give structure to the two words “Dong” and “Tai,” and morph them into a symmetrical icon. Arrows pointing different directions can be found within the icon, symbolizing the belief of learning by sharing and exchanging. Overall, the badge is designed like a flag to convey the vision of Tongtex which is the continuous pursue of becoming the role model for all vocational schools.

When the new school badge was finally reveled in front of the entire student body, and with the basketball and e-sport teams excelling at their practices, we knew that we contributed positively. We hope that the fresh look will bring confidence and strength to the entire school, keeping everyone closer and creating a new impression of vocational school.
