Consumer drill styled to mimic the Tron Bike, complete with internal components. Research was undertaken in light filtering materials, and correct injection-molding production techniques. Curve angles were extracted directly from the source to match exactly with the production prop. The additional lighting is functional as well as decorative, allowing for illumination in dark spaces, and the form is more ergonomic for applying pressure on the back end of the drill. There has also been a rethinking of the open internal space in drills, utilising the normally empty space in the handle for rapid access to common size drills and a Phillips-head bit.
