Bernice Burns of Prestige Paving contacted Leighton Smith of Pioneer Media through Instagram because of a recommendation from a mutual friend. Being 16 hours apart is not a problem at all thanks to WhatsApp, email and Zoom. We are able to help small businesses in any part of the world, not just in Knoxville, TN, USA!

Prestige Paving needed our help in 2 ways:

A refreshed web design — The old site needed some love. It was a bit outdated since it hadn’t been touched in several years.

A quality webmaster — The owners preferred to outsource the site upkeep to a webmaster, and we fit the bill.

First off, we transferred the domain and hosting away from the old webmaster so the owners would have control over these entities. 

Next, we went through each page of the website and freshened up the design. This included a new color scheme, cleaner heading and footer, eye-catching homepage hero, company logos, and more.

Also, we updated their testimonials to include more recent reviews.

Later, we tightened up the security of the WordPress setup. This included installing Google reCAPTCHA to fight contact form spam!

Finally, the owners uploaded 100’s of photos to Dropbox so we could update the Projects page to showcase their latest work.
