A project for imaginary Estonian soft drink bottles.
I was inspired by foil material and how it can change the overall feeling of the label. I also love the color variety the foil has, depending on the lighting and angel it seems like the label is live and moving.
I figured i should make half of the drinks name in foil (as in Põdrasamblajook the Põdra) for the most important part to catch a eye. Also the backside of the label is in foil, The reason for this was that the material would give, almost transparent drink, a richer and more appetite color. For example in Põdrasamblajook the liquid would give out dark pinkish colors.
Põdrasammal (in estonian), Cetraria islandica or Iceland moss is a well known Nordic plant which often finds its place between cowberryies.
Karulauk (in est. l.), Allium ursinum, known as wild garlic, bear leek.
Jänesekapsas (in est l.) Oxalis acetosella, the wood sorrel.
