I created a series of flashcards which can be played by any kid at anytime- they are A6 size, therefore quite accessible. I tried to make it minimalistic but playful at the same time. The elements and the context empathise on the educational while having fun aspect. 

My main focus was the illustration and the red tones. I think I have successfully created the ‘red’ as the centre of attention. The children’s book was a great inspiration and a good starting point. The descriptions are easy to follow so an adult can explain the kid in a slow but easy pace.
