CASTLE OF DREAMS: THE HEROINE IN ME

Castle of Magical Dreams will be the new centerpiece castle that replaced Sleeping Beauty Castle at Hong Kong Disneyland, which will open in Fall 2020. The castle will be redesigned to pay tribute to the 13 Disney Princess and heroines (Snow White, Rapunzel, Tiana, Aurora, Merida, Anna and Elsa, Jasmine, Mulan, Pocahontas, Belle, Ariel, Cinderella, and Moana.)

| Concept
- A coffee table book design concept for the castle's museum.
The book illustrates and highlights the heroine aspects of each princess by representing them through a narrative, building a connection between the respective princess and the young reader. The objective is to present the princesses as role models and encourage young readers to be courageous and confident.
          | Sketches/Mockups
             | Mechanics
Using pull down tabs and layering to stimulate movement and interactions. Designed to mimic the idea of being transported into the princesses' world where the princesses are "waiting" to share their stories.
