An accomplished professional with twenty plus years of experience in leadership positions, Jonathan Y. Dee is the president of the sanitary can manufacturer FDCP, Inc., and the chief executive officer of Agbridge Investments. In 2003, Jonathan Y. Dee founded Alliance Select Foods International, Inc. (ASFII), where he served for 13 years as president. At ASFII, Mr. Dee grew the company to employ over 2,000 people in five countries.
ASFII started its operations in 2004 in General Santos City, Mindanao, Philippines, as a seafood company focused on tuna processing, canning, and exportation. Since its founding, the company has also been engaged in research and development of the marine food industry and aquaculture.
Over the years, ASFII has grown its canned tuna business and diversified its product line, including salmon products. After establishing PT International Alliance Food Indonesia to expand canned tuna exports throughout Indonesia, ASFII formed Big Glory Bay Salmon and Seafood Company, Inc., to process other seafood, including salmon. In 2011, ASFII acquired Spence & Company in the United States, and in 2012 it invested in Akaroa Salmon, a salmon farming and processing company in New Zealand.
