10th Doctor - Inked Rendering

This piece was done by taking a photo of a scene from Doctor Who, where I drew out the 10th Doctor (David Tennant) and then added ink to dark areas or shadows while filling in realistic details and connecting lines through ink. When the piece was finished, I was quite happy with the result since I had created the inked cartoon feel that I had intended for the piece. In a way, it was a homage to Doctor Who's old roots and long-running airing since the 1950s.
