DAY OF THE DEAD
A Collection celebrating the
day of the dead!!
Like the memory of a loved one that never fades, Dia de Los Muertos also survives. It may change and evolve, but it never vanishes. El Día de los Muertos, is a Mexican holiday where families welcome back the souls of their deceased relatives for a brief reunion that includes food, drink and celebration.
And here is the collection made for the
intra-college fest.
This particular garment is self designed and constructed. A hoop skirt fully adorned with gradation of violet flowers made out of fabric. The upper portion is enhanced with velvet fabric and chevron pattern. A hollow circle is placed around the shoulders and embellished with big flowers again. And finally the headgear
adds up to the whole look of
"Mama Imelda Rivera".
