Bardem Helsinki
Even though ingredients matter, and the bartenders know their sh*t, the focus was on enjoying yourself in a laid-back atmosphere accompanied by nice drinks and snacks. Therefore, the vibe of the place (and identity) wasn’t supposed to be too serious or “craftsy”, but rather a nice cocktail of classic and fun. Pun intended. We named it Bardem, inspired by its big sister, restaurant Penelope.
