Eaton Place Townhouses is part of the revitalization effort of East Orange Housing Authority. The proposed 6 townhouse units will replace and uplift the abandoned homes and vacant lots that currently occupy the site. Each of the proposed 1,700 square feet, 3-bed-room townhouse units includes 2 1/2 bathrooms, separate (but open) living and dining rooms, kitchen, outdoor patio, and an enclosed garage.

The two-story building’s exterior incorporates an open entry porch with brick, siding, and gable roofs to complement the existing neighborhood context.
