International Studies Senior Project

For my final thesis in my International Studies degree, I created a creative project (in lieu of a 15 page research paper) in the form of a WordPress blog. My goal was to create something that could be reached by all friends, family and persons unknown, because just as I found myself learning through various mediums and people every day, I too wanted to contribute to global awareness and understanding.
My thesis focused primarily on the Cuban Revolution and distinguising the negative and positive aspects of Fidel Castro's regime. I wanted to research more on the exploitation of small Latin American countries in a non-traditional manner, through the use of social media and conversation, film analysis and much more.
