Project Overview /
In October 2019, I had the privilege of participating in a collaborative experimental animation workshop called Sound in Pictures led by Chris Allen from the Light Surgeons.
In the workshop we explored the connections between sound and image as ‘visual music’.
The final films feature animation from both deaf and hearing with the aim of integrating a new kind of audiovisual experience that invites both non and hearing audiences to interact and experience together.
The final films above were premiered at Rich Mix in London on December 1st.
