Act of Contrition

O my God,
I am heartily sorry for having offended you.
I detest all my sins because of your just punishments,
but most of all because they offend you,
my God,
who are all good and deserving of all my love.
I firmly resolve,
with the help of your grace,
to sin no more and to avoid the occasions of sin.
Amen.
Holy Divine Spirit

Holy and Divine Spirit,
guard Saint Michael the Archangel
and the Heavenly Hosts
so that all of you can destroy in me
all spiritual sin of sloth,
all malice, all iniquity, all indifference, all doubt, all fear,
so that I can teach the wicked sinners Your ways
and they may return to You.
Fill me, fill all souls
and all Saints fully with your light,
your wisdom, your peace, your happiness,
your love, your joy,
to put an end to the spiritual warfare
that occurs within the Universal Church.
To You, Divine Spirit,
who guards all the Saints,
which especially includes the Sacred Heart of Jesus,
you are God and you always with us,
glory to You, oh Lord,
the honor, the power, the adoration,
forever and ever.

Amen.

Salutations of the Holy Queen & Mother

Hail, Holy Mother & Queen, Mother of Mercy,
our life, our sweetness
& our hope.
To you do we cry,
poor banished children of Eve.
To you do we send up our sighs,
mourning
& weeping in this valley of tears
Turn then, most gracious advocate,
your eyes of mercy toward us,
& after this exile
show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
O clement,
O loving,
O sweet Virgin Mary.

Pray for us,
Holy Mother of God,
so that we may be worthy of reaching the divine graces
& promises of Our Lord Jesus Christ,
Your Son.

Amen.
