經由多次敲打的過程需要控制力道以及調整施力的方向,確保纖維能夠均勻分散以及完整的取出,而烘乾需要使用合適的溫度預防過於高溫乾燥的環境下減弱纖維的韌性。調整塑料混和澱粉合適的比例以及經由拉伸試驗確保其穩定程度,與纖維結合的實驗過程中找出最佳材質分配的比例、熱壓溫度以及厚度,應用在產品上能夠負荷使用過程的耗損。

生質塑膠的應用仍然處於實驗階段,生質塑膠的選用應於不同類型的特性應用在合適的產品發揮其最大的效益:依據時尚產業的更新速度、使用者「喜新厭舊」的心態選用生物可分解塑膠。一株檳榔梗相較於果實有3~4倍的纖維量,在檳榔產業中除了丟棄外部分會作堆肥使用,取出纖維經由簡易測試後發現有不錯的物理表現。在大同大學材料系黃繼遠教授的專業協助下將植物纖維結合生物可分解塑膠,除了減少塑料使用比例之餘同時能夠使面料穩定應用在產品。
