Another old paper mache project this time with my 4th graders. I pre cut the wings so that my student would only worry about making the actual body and coloring. We did the armatures out of aluminumk foil. I taught them how to pinch and press and shape the foil just like clay. We also used tissue paper to cover the body,used poster paint to color,brushed some glitter glue to finish. It was an amazing project.  Below is what my students was able to create.  They were proud and happy with their creation.
