There seems to be little room for peace in the current world we live in. The question is, how do we make room for it in our personal lives? Drawing from the natural forms of a mangrove forest, grove seeks to offer the tranquility that can be found there. Through the use of raw wood and wicker, the pieces surround the user, creating a bubble of stillness, reminding us that there are places of peace that still exist in this world.

Bench.

The grove bench makes use of extended sides, as do the other pieces, in order to create an enclosed area or oasis of calm. The backing of the bench doubles as a bookshelf, encouraging the user to take their downtime in it.
