MOHE has obliged all universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to submit database of their staff, students (Enrolled and Graduated), and faculty in the Higher Education Statistics System (نظام إحصاءات التعليم العالي). Based on the instructions of KSAU-HS Vice President of Educational Affairs the Education Technology Services department has established the Information Center System(ICS) to collect all data required by MOHE. They assigned the responsibility of collecting and submitting the faculty information to a single representative from each college. Thus, COM-J representative – who is responsible to submit faculty information in ISC - has created Faculty Database (FDB) that is reflected on the ICS. COM-J Dean has assigned three individuals to facilitate the data collection by entering the data in the FDB. However, the said COM-J representative is the sole controller of the FDB (Modifying, Editing, and Revising). The Education Technology Services department is available in case of any inquiries, accessing difficulties, or modification.
