This project was the response to the urban development of Areykhsath Community as a complement to the educational institutions. Student residence is essential in improving students' living experience by providing pleasant atmosphere and comfort all around the building as well as uplifting their daily routines to make them feel at ease.
The site is located next to the university campus in Areykhsath Community, in the boundaries of three streets. Since the area sits on a different block from the CBD center street, the atmosphere is very calm and tranquil which is suitable for student housings or housings in general. The contextual potential of the site is that it faces two appealing visual elements: the canal and the park. The idea is to integrate this benefit to the architecture itself and maximize the value for its users.
