       Van Gogh Portrait Drawing Study is my attempt at recreating and learning how Vincet Van Gogh creates most of his portrait drawings. I tried to recreate this piece mark for mark and just get a feel for the process. I used an assortment of fine art pencils 

(HB, B, 2B and 6B) and then used watercolors as while doing research, I found the original piece had some watercolor work in it. Minimal tweaking was done in Adobe Photoshop CC to give the piece a bit more punch to its color and to give it a clean finish.
