Through The Clutter questions the role of designers around the issue of consumerism by reimagining a world where packaging design follows the rules set by a Universal Packaging Manual created by the Government.
The project also lives through a Government-replica website. The website contains guidance for brands and agencies and it emphasises the purpose of the Department for Product Communication.
