Ashton Logan Real Estate Company is a fictional luxury real estate company that operates in Florida and Virginia. For this redesign I wanted to make a logo that used the conventions of other luxury real estate logos to it's advantage. When doing research I saw a lot of wordmark style logos that sometimes featured small symbols. I decided to utilize a workmark because the company name is so long. The monogram is to help this logo be usable across different platforms, as shown in the mock ups. The green color represents both of the Florida and Virginia locations of the business. The serif typeface is to enforce luxury.
