akvieduk (urban project)

Akvieduk is an urban project focusing on psychogeography - an exploration of cities from a perspective of a game and playfulness. The project is mainly researching the ways citizens move around cities and interact, while also studying an image of the city, urban structures and their historical contexts. 
The main form of akvieduk is a telegram-channel, in which notes are published. Currently there are more than 20 notes on urban studies and psychogeography. Those texts take their examples mostly from the cities of Minsk and Vilnius and explore their urban spaces.
All of the notes are illustrated with photos and/or sketches (those from this page are made by me). Above are some of the shots from a note "How Internet is Turning Us into Citizens*"

Animations like this usually serve as announcements of a note, but in the case of the animation on the left, it's the whole new season being announced.
