This university assignment brief had the student pick an existing children song or piece of literature and illustrate it. The Illustrations would then be sent off to be printed as a book in the students choice of stock.
I had to re-write the story to fit a university assignment brief which only allowed 12 pages. I took into consideration the age group this book would be targeting. And even cut out some darker plot points from the original story that I deemed too sensitive to my intended audience.
