Community app for charity volunteers
Wireframe and high fidelity prototype for a charity fighting homelessness (own project, not a client). Based on a real volunteering role which connects recently rehomed homeless people with a member of their community to help them reintegrate. The app aims to connect volunteers and clients easily and encourage
User testing feedback:
User 1:
- Helpful to have a forgotten password option at sign in stage
- Not sure whether 'on map' is needed/makes sense
- Change 'App FAQs' to 'App FAQ'
User 2:
- Turning notifications on/off only in particular order
- Not able to zoom in and out on map
- Would be good to see dates with events on in calendar without looking individually
- I enjoy the layout
User 3:
- Can't move map around
- Great idea
- Map preferences not working sometimes
