Working with Yeah Haus and a stellar team of artists to bring this project to life for Google was an absolute joy. As always, Yeah Haus found the perfect balance of playful and energetic by pairing Google’s UI with lemurs, hotdogs and much more. Working alongside a large team of animators & designers, I was given the task of handling all of Google’s UI animations for all 8 of the videos and helping to incorporate that into the environments & scenes of the other animators.

The director, Chad Thompson & I spent the majority of our mornings staring at Google Maps on our phones to make sure we stayed close to how the UI animated in the real world, while also giving it some subtle personality.
