Running Shoe Midsole: Lattice Pores

Running Shoe Midsole Cushioning: Lattice Pores
  _______
In many lattice structures you can see the light pass through
small channels that run along the midsole.
These openings are arranged differently between geometries
and cut across from both right to left and top to bottom,
creating a sort of porous grid.
These small pockets of space could introduce an interesting element of
cushioning and dampened compression while running.
