Hamlet, Redesign de Livro
Imaginando como redesenhar uma das literaturas clássicas mais conceituadas, decidi permanecer fiel à edição original, seguindo as versões disponibilizadas pelo Project Gutenberg e Internet Archive.
O conceito era criar um livro com visual luxuoso, explorando elementos que pudessem carregar um sentido tradicional. Produzi uma versão menor de um livro, com papel pólen e tipografia antiga. As ilustrações no início de cada ato foram inspiradas na adaptação cinematográfica de 1948 de Hamlet, de Laurence Olivier.

Hamlet, Book Redesign
Figuring how to redesign one of the most highly regarded classic literatures, I decided to stick close to the original edition, following the versions provided by Project Gutenberg and Internet Archive.
The concept was to create a book with a luxurious look, exploring elements that could carry a traditional sense. I produced a smaller version of a book, with pollen paper and an old style typeface. The illustrations at the beginning of each act were inspired by the 1948 film adaptation of Laurence Olivier’s Hamlet.
