Concept - "ආලකමන්දාව - Aalakamandawa"

The letter is created by using the beautiful Sri Lankan traditional art and patterns "Liya wel" which depicts the beauty of famine qualities of the art style in ancient historical art.

Concept - "அன்னம்" (Annam) in Tamil meaning "Swan".

The letter is created by using the beauty of Sri Lankan traditional art and patterns "Liya wel" & "Hansaya(swan)" which depicts the beauty of ancient traditional art. Also did not want to deviate from the concept to show unity; as to say at the end we all our Sri Lankan

Concept - "පොකුණ" (Pond)

The letter is created by using the beauty of Sri Lankan Traditional art and patterns "Liya wel" which carries the beauty of ancient traditional art. Also included the "Ying & Yang" concept, adapted with the Sri Lankan artsy style.

Concept - "ஐ" in Tamil alphabt has a lot of meanings. The letter itself holds the meaning "beauty".
"Liya wel" & different types of flowers in tradional Sri Lankan art which brings out the meaning of the letter is used here.

Concept - "තනිකම" (loneliness is bliss)
The letter is illustrated with Sri Lankan Traditional art and patterns "Liya wel" which depicts the beauty ancient historical art.
Although loneliness is considered to be negative, this concept is created to shed some positivity into it. As the lone lotus blossoms alone and as it is said in Buddhist teachings, if there is no positive influences to one self, it is best to walk alone in the path towards the eternal bliss - Nirvana.

Concept - "நரி" (Nari) in Tamil meaning "Fox".
Did not deviate from the thematic black and white but used a bit of designs as in the previous letter designs

Concept - "ද්‍රවිඩ" (Tamilians)

The letter is created by using Sri Lankan Traditional patterns. The reason why I used this concept art "කාවඩි" ('Kavadi' - Tamil/Hindu Cultural dance) is because I wanted to capture their vibrant, colourful and interesting culture.

Concept - "ஓநாய்" (Ōnāy) in Tamil meaning "Wolf".
Wanted to explore and add meaning to each letter as I go about. So, did not deviate from the thematic black and white and used a bit of designs as in the previous letters.

Concept - "විස" (Poisonous)
The letter is created by using Sri Lankan Traditional patterns of 'Liya wel' and animal figures. The motive behind the art is to capture the beauty but the poisonous elements found in nature, the core being the "niyagala" flower and plant found in Sri Lanka.

Concept - "ஞானி" (ñāṉi, nyaani) in Tamil meaning "Saint/Stoic".
Wanted to explore and add meaning to each letter as I go about. So, did not deviate from the thematic black and white and used a bit of designs as in the previous letters.

Concept - "තේජස" (Pride)
Wanted to capture the pride figure of a king in battle with related to meaning.

(Kuraṅku) in Tamil meaning "Monkeys".

Wanted to capture a mother's attachment to her baby, even after death, watching over from heavens in a form of an angel.
