For this personal project, I set out to create a set of alphabet flashcards for children based on fruit from A-Z. I wanted to try to introduce more "fun" design into my portfolio, because I'm trying to break out of my comfort zone. My design work has typically been pretty formal to this point, so I felt it was an important time to push myself.

I also sought to integrate my illustration work with my typography, and create something for a new audience/market. The project turned into something that was more than just flashcards, and became a learning tool that could also be a fun factbook for older children or even adults.
