Midsole Concept: Strut-based Lattice

This model deals with a conventional strut-based lattice geometry.
These structures are formed simply by nodes and beams of
coherent connectivity between unit cells. They exhibit
high impact energy absorption along with promising
energy return properties all while promoting low mass
and infinite design freedom.
All parts were modeled using Rhino,
lattice integration was performed through nTopology,
and all additional designs were created in Procreate.
Integrated Lattice Midsole
Sectioned lattice integration to regions of
highest pressure during running,
optimizing cost and production time.
Indented border along each piece to
enable greater cushioned compression.
