“Fjalor i vogël/Mali rečnik” is the first bilingual dictionary suitable for use in primary schools in both Serbian and Albanian lexicography. It contains over 6,000 entries per language, and includes full-color illustrations and basic grammar.
This project is done under support of British Embassy, EU PROGRES, the OSCE Mission to Serbia and the HCNM to improving inter-institutional co-operation, working with pupils, training teachers, creating education standards, revising the curriculum and monitoring.
The design of the dictionary (book) has all the chapters (alphabetic order) separated by different colors to make it easier to find words, to remember them more easily based on the colors, and to make the book more attractive for children.
The illustrations describe the words, while they are very simple images to remember them easier.
All the illustrations are hand-drawn and then digitally processed to provide high quality for print and screen.
