Stories with a strong female protagonist always resonated with Maili, and found them to be one of the biggest sources of artistic inspiration. The real Joan of Arc taught Maili the power women have to make great changes in the world. "Joan and the Arc" was created to inspire a story of dedication, faith, friendship, and love like the true story it's based on. Capturing those ideals was the main purpose of this show.
