Visual Textures is a project inspired by photographs of mundane things taken from my phone. It was an exercise to transform an object to an unrecognizable end deliverable. To see things change and imagine them in different scenarios was one of the motives. Another criteria was to limit the number of colors to 3-4 to explore the forms. An original photograph of the object, the surface developed and where the surface could be used is showcased below.
