CNT | Phobias. Campaign


Problem: The lack of payment by CNT (National Telecommunications Corporation) clients has generated an overdue portfolio of millions of dollars. This is because most customers do not trust modern payment methods such as bank debit, card payment, or web payment.
Idea: Acknowledge that we all have phobias and hang-ups when it comes to making an online transaction. The first step is to recognize this.
Strategy: We decided to launch three TV commercials in which we exaggerated the three phobias stated earlier to make them humorous and showcase.
