Gló - an interactive public furniture

GLÓ

Gló is an interactive touch-based glowing public furniture piece. Triggered by induction sensors, the bench lights brighten up at the spots where it is touched or sat on. The longer an area is activated, the longer the glow will last. Fully working prototype constructed with steel, polycarbonate, concrete and over 70 super LEDs controlled by an arduino chipset.
Created by Dan Henriksson and Stefan Becker, with technical help from Kristofer Hagbard
