From May 2012 through September 2012, Scherer's multi-figured piece, Huddle, will be on view at the Sherwin Miller Museum in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As part of a group exhibition titled A Stitch in Jewish Time, this work opened at the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion Museum in NYC, and traveled to the Vered Gallery in East Hampton, NY. Laura Kruger, HUC-JIRM director, created the concept for the exhibition. In a variety of mediums, the artists address issues of memory and reflection, interpretations of history and ritual, and links between the past and present.
