This is a print layout for the online literary magazine, Superstition Review.

The goal of this journal design was to create a cohesive layout that encompassed wildly different categories of content ranging from poetry and prose to photography and paintings. Equally important was letting the art shine on its own without being influenced by the layout to the point where the message of the art changes.

For the parts of the journal that were purely text-based, I added pale sprigs of gray plants here and there to add some visual interest to the pages.

This layout was made in Adobe InDesign, using styles to make it easy for future editions to be laid out.
