Design Principles II
Spring Semester, 2020
Project Objective:
To construct a device with several different movements which ultimately expresses aspects of celebration and then to use the work to create a short film.
We focused on using a flexible framework to convey the chaos and adaptability of a party. For instance, gear teeth can be swapped out to change the motion of the device without affecting the rest of the structure.

We wanted to humorously comment on the portability of college gatherings, which can often suddenly sprout up only to be forced to pause their intensity and move elsewhere.
