Google Maps: Public Transportation Concept Redesign
Current Design:
Above is the current design that Google Maps implements for their public transportation directions. This design limits the user to only be able to check one bus line with no options to check the other bus lines that are listed at the top of the list.
My Redesign:
With the redesign, the buttons at the top of the list that shows the various bus lines are functional and when clicked, the list of the corresponding bus line would appear. Additionally, with the third image, there are the various bus lines listed out at the times of the corresponding busses. I have also made use of the white space at the bottom of the screen to place the destination and the time it takes to get there.
