Plenum Africa - Aesthetics

Plenum Africa "Aesthetics" is an extension of the concept of a project meant to explore various facets related to traditional cultural identity. Herein the masks and the repetition of their use in different patterns represent aesthetic characteristics as part of identifiers of cultures and their uniqueness. In the diverse world we live in with cultural diaspora being part of the core considerations for many consumer based projects being launched, it's imperative to be mindful and considerate of how you use the symbols that may represent the traditional cultural expressions that represent the aesthetics of indigenous cultures. These bandannas represent compositions of patterns that represent diversity and unity all at once, and respectful coexistence within contrasting environments.
